VAT201 is the VAT return form filed with the Federal Tax Authority through EmaraTax. It reports output VAT on your sales, input VAT on your purchases and any reverse-charge amounts, per tax period.
Most invoicing packages that serve the UAE can produce the figures for it; whether they file it for you is a different question, and worth asking before you buy.
